PRODUCTION
Opportunities
In the short and medium term, the plant is capable of producing up to 10,000 tons of auto repair and industrial coatings per year in various packaging. At the same time, the general plan of the project, including external engineering networks, includes the possibility of building additional buildings on the territory of the enterprise, which will allow producing up to 20,000 tons of paint and varnish products per year.
Technologies
For dispersion and homogenization, stainless steel devices are used on strain gauges manufactured by the German company Vollrath. Dosing, filling, packaging and labeling of products is carried out on equipment of the company Feige (Germany), which allows working with a wide range of containers: from 0.250 to 30 kg, as well as with any kind of containers on pallets.
Safety
Safety is ensured by a system for controlling the concentration of vapors of various solvents. In case of exceeding the permissible norm, the system automatically turns off the equipment and gives an alarm. All production and laboratory facilities, as well as instruments and equipment installed there, are made taking into account the fire and explosion safety requirements..
Quality
The laboratory of the plant is equipped with the most modern instruments and equipment from the leading companies of the world: Getzmann, IKA, Sartorius, Hach Lange, Metrohm, Binder, Schmid & Haensch, Julabo, Fischer Erichsen, and qualified chemists underwent advanced training courses under the guidance of German specialists. Laboratory TLZ is also a center of constant research work.
